Eat Street is a lip-smacking celebration of North America's tastiest, messiest and most irresistible street food. From Tijuana-style tacos served out of an Airstream trailer and pizzas baked in a brick oven on wheels to classic dogs with all the fixins and sirloin burgers slathered in bacon jam food cart fare is the hottest trend going. That means our lunch hours will be drastically reduced, and we will mainly be doing special events and caterings until the weather cools down. We will typically be open for lunch one day a week- you can check our Twitter and Facebook pages to get our most up-to-date location and service notices.Our event page lists upcoming events, which are typically open to the public, unless noted otherwise. Based only in Houston, TX OMPP buys quality ingredients from mostly local vendors, prepares them fresh with just the right amount of flavor, and serves it to you in recyclable and compostable/biodegradable products only. Built on passion and run on dedication, OMPP strives to serve the best food with minimum environmental impact. We ultimately hope to become living proof that quality, fast food can be produced with little to no excess waste. You're happy, Mother Earth is happy- we're happy!Growing up, we at OMPP were fortunate enough to know what a home-cooked, farm-fresh meal tasted like. Food was used as both a necessity for life, and as an excuse to gather and spend quality time with family and friends. Neighbors often shared garden grown vegetables among each other, which contributed to not only the freshness of each meal, but to the community spirit as well. Life was good, the food was better.Somewhere through the years, we found this sense of freshness, community, and quality disappeared from daily meal routines. Realizing that it was not only us who had lost this important connection with food, we set out on a mission to bring these factors back together. And if all this work was going to be put into such an effort- why not share the rewards with all of Houston? And so, Oh my! Pocket Pies was born.You are what you eat. We at Oh my! Bringing home-grown, fresh off the farm food products to you, we know exactly where our products come from, and that makes us happy! Just like the good old days. Long gone are the days of fresh-made dough, slow-roasted meats, and good-tasting, good-for-you veggies. Or so you thought!
