Breakfast Pies

Move over breakfast taco, there's a new pie in town! Perfect in pairs, or by the dozen, these pies are guaranteed to be a hit at AM office meetings or on a lazy Saturday morning:

Southwestern Scramble (veg)
Scrambled, local farm eggs mixed with fire-roasted poblano peppers, red bell pepper, diced tomatoes, onions and jack cheese. A true Texas treat!

Vegan Scramble
Same as above, only we swap the eggs for scrambled tofu, leave out the cheese, and use an egg-less dough.

Classic Americana
Local farm eggs scrambled with home fries, breakfast pork sausage and cheddar cheese. Just like mom used to make!

Spanish Potato (veg)
Spicy Spanish potato hash coupled with scrambled, local farm eggs, sautéed onions and red peppers.

Biscuits & Gravy
Classic cream gravy folded in with breakfast pork sausage & local scrambled farm eggs.
